Here at Pineapple House,
we believe a real estate transaction should be easy, educational, and fun! Don't let the barrage of paperwork and numbers leave you feeling discouraged. We will handle all the stressful parts of the process so you can kick back, relax, and leave the closing table saying "We didn't even have to do any work!"
There are always three parts to a positive and successful real estate transaction: clear communication, attention to detail, and happy clients. Articulate communication between parties can make or break a deal, so having a proactive negotiator on your team is imperative. We will ensure all information is quickly processed, documentation is buttoned up, and every party is aware of each step in the transaction. Missing even the smallest of details can ripple into much bigger problems if they aren't addressed quickly and we are here to make sure we don't skip a beat!
With a proven history of persistence, we have no issue digging deep for answers and information so our clients are fully aware of all details involved in their transaction. Why the
pineapple?
One of our favorite questions! The pineapple has long been associated with hospitality and kindness towards others. Its significance dates back to the early days of the 13 colonies, where sailors and ship captains would display a pineapple on their front gate as a signal to their neighbors that they were welcome to join them for a feast and hear their captivating stories of the high seas. Additionally, the pineapple has been used as a gesture of goodwill and peace by indigenous communities and islanders towards new travelers.

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to both professionals and clients, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional. 1. We maintain a small portfolio of clients: True.
Ever heard of mass-producing agents? Doesn't apply here. We don't believe in biting off
more than we can chew, which is why we only take on 8 active clients at one given time. Through
this approach, our Broker, Kathryn, can truly provide each client with the one-on-one experience
they deserve from a high-end brokerage.
2. We service all of Utah: False.
While that sounds amazing, it's unrealistic. There's no way for us to be the market expert across
all of Utah and still do a good job, which is why we specialize in serving Northern Utah. This includes
as far north as Cache County all the way down to Davis County. However, we have worked in other
counties throughout the state in special circumstances. If you need assistance farther south, send us a message so we can connect about your situation!
3. We can help with out-of-state transfers: True.
Whether you're moving into or out of Utah, we can help. A good majority of our clients are relocating to Utah for work or education purposes and we have fantastic systems in place to make moves like this smooth one. For our Utah clients who are moving to another state, we can still be of service. Relocating to a new area carries enough stress with it as is, so let us do the hard work of interviewing Realtors in the area you're relocating to. It's important to us that you receive an exceptional level of care no matter where you move to.
4. We can help with commercial: True, but still False.
Our real estate licenses do allow us to participate in commercial real estate transactions, however, this
is not our area of expertise. Any of our clients who need assistance with their commercial properties get
referred out to Pineapple House's preferred commercial brokers and agent colleagues. It's best to work with a professional who is an expert in their field; take it from us!

REALTOR®
A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and abides by its strict Code of Ethics.

Resort And Second Property Specialist®
This certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.

At Home With Diversity®
At Home With Diversity (AHWD) is an official certification of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). By developing a business practice rooted in inclusion and equality, and backed by the At Home With Diversity® designation, I can help buyers of all cultural backgrounds achieve the dream of homeownership.

Military Relocation Professional®
As an MRP, I have completed the comprehensive MRP core course, and received additional training in VA home purchase financing options for disabled service members and veterans, as well as VA compromise sale transactions. A Military Relocation Professional (MRP) has the understanding to address your situation and the knowledge to make the most of every selling and buying transaction. As an MRP, I can help you find a location with convenient access to the military benefits you’ve earned.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist®
As an SRES® designee, I have received extensive education on topics such as tax laws, probate, estate planning, equity conversion strategies, and can offer you relevant information on current market trends as well as valuable resources regarding real estate transactions. I have the knowledge and expertise to counsel you through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling your family’s home.
